ELECOM WARRANTY WILL COVER NEITHER REPAIR NOR REFUND. MISSING PARTS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. (E.G. wireless USB receiver, track ball, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Replacement products will be provided by ELECOM on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products.<br \/>\nProof of purchase must be provided which shows the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.<\/p>\n<p>This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorised disassembly, repair, modification or any other conditions that do not constitute a defect in material and\/or workmanship. This limited warranty shall not apply if:<br \/>\n(i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, or<br \/>\n(ii) the product was not used for its intended function.<\/p>\n<p>This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to USA and other applicable export regulations.<\/p>\n<p>This limited warranty covers only replacement for defective ELECOM products, as provided above. ELECOM is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to or corruption of content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing ELECOM products. This warranty excludes third-party software, connected equipment or stored data.<\/p>\n<p>ELECOM is therefore not liable for any actual or consequential losses or damage attributable to third-party software, connected equipment or stored data. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided address information.<br \/>\nAll communications and shipping labels will contain Buyer name provided on the replacement request form.<\/li>\n<li>ELECOM WARRANTY only guarantees replacement with the same product \/ model.<\/li>\n<li>ELECOM will provide a return address label to return your defective product to ELECOM\u2019s designated place once your replacement request form has been reviewed and replacement approved. ELECOM will send you the replacement product after receiving the defective product. ELECOM makes every effort to have replacement stock on hand, however depending upon the product and timing it may require up to 30-days for Buyer to receive the replacement.<br \/>\nThe return address label will contain a tracking number, and the Buyer must keep the number. Until the tracking history shows the defective package delivered to ELECOM, Buyer is liable for the tracking of the package. If the delivery is lost or delayed, Buyer must contact the carrier, UPS\/ USPS as appropriate. ELECOM is not liable for the delay or loss of the package.<\/li>\n<li>The return address label will contain a tracking number, and the Buyer must keep the number. Until the tracking history shows the defective package delivered to ELECOM, Buyer is liable for the tracking of the package.
